The Dr. Allison Rose Memorial Fund provides up to $25,000 per year in tuition assistance to nurses pursuing a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner degree.
How to Apply
Complete the Application
Download and complete the application form. Take care to review the eligibility requirements and contact us with any questions before submitting an application.
Write a Personal Statement
Your personal statement should include (i) your reasons for pursing an NNP degree, (ii) a summary of your nursing experience to date, and (iii) an explanation of your financial need which has lead to your application for this scholarship. If you have already written a personal statement as part of your school applications, we encourage you to reuse that! If necessary, you may also include an addendum to address any topics not covered in your original personal statement.
Request Letters of Recommendation
Two letters of recommendation are required with your application, at least one of which should be from a current or recent (within the last 12 months) supervisor. The letters' writers can upload them here or e-mail them directly to the fund chairman.
Submit Your Application
Submit all application materials here. When uploading files, make sure to enter the same e-mail address for all files, so nothing is lost.
